The Blaine Arts Council’s June exhibition will showcase work from Blaine High School students alongside other local artists.
Featured student artists include Addie Sakali, Lillian Alms and Ruby Friese. The exhibition will also include oil paintings by Tom Bakker, pastel works by Lyn Rackley and mixed-media pieces from Gordon Nealy.
An opening reception will take place from 4–6 p.m. June 13 at the Blaine Art Gallery, 922 Peace Portal Drive. Refreshments and desserts will be provided. The reception also marks the beginning of the Second Saturday Downtown Art Walk.
The exhibition runs through July 5.
Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
